Hello Book Lovers of Bloglandia!

Today I have a very special announcement and that is…

My bloggy friend and fellow writer Jonathon Pongratz has a NEW RELEASE!!!

Reaper: Aftermath is the second installment of Jonny’s horror/dystopian Reaper series.

Now, as Reaper: Aftermath only just came out today, I haven’t read it yet, but it’s next in line in my TBR….and might be moving up because I’m not sure if I can bear the wait.

However, I did read Reaper (the first part of the series) and have to say I was anxiously awaiting this second part of the series!!

I’ve also read his sci-fi story Conscience and I have to say Jonny’s honed a smooth writing style that really brings his characters and settings to life. You can’t set down one of his stories without feeling a vested interest in his protagonists.

And okay, I think it’s pretty cool that Reaper: Aftermath is the first book I’ve had dedicated to me. Well, not just me, but you know, I like to take bragging rights whenever I can.

Below you’ll find the scoop about both books. Again, I highly recommend Reaper (which is only 99c). I have no doubt once you read that, you’ll be clamoring for Reaper: Aftermath….so really, you might as well just grab them both at the same time.

Happy Reading and Happy Friday!!

PS – Jonny’s having a video party for his book, so be sure to pop over to his blog to see what he’s posted for this exciting event.

Reaper: Aftermath

The end of the world was just the beginning

Five years have passed since the Reapers invaded Earth and tore it asunder. Gregory, his mother, Trent, and their group of scavengers hunt the decimated wastelands for survival.

But when a sudden Reaper attack forces Gregory through a Reaper door, he finds himself in a bizarre place, one that may provide answers to the Reapers’ past and where they came from.

Can Gregory put together the pieces of the past and find his way home, or will he just become another human casualty in the lost war against the Reapers?

The Boogeyman is Real

Gregory and his little sister Imogen love spending Halloween with their parents. But this year is different. If he proves he can take care of Imogen all by himself, he’ll finally have the allowance he’s dreamed of.

That was before the basement door opened on its own. Before the strange door appeared in the basement and Imogen was taken from him by the monster.

Now everyone in town is blaming him for her disappearance, but no one is listening to his story. Where did the door come from? What was that creature? And most of all, can he find his sister before it’s too late, or will he bury his memories of her along with his parents?

Dare to enter today…

      1. I’ve heard good things about Booksirens. I was going to try it out but just didn’t have the extra cash. You pay a little to submit your book ($10 I think) then they find reviewers for you that read in your genre. I think you then lay $2 per download and you can set a budget, so if you only have $20, you will get 10 reviewers to download (and hopefully review) the book. It saves you from having to hunt down reviewers on your own.

      2. Haha, I’m actually already using them for Aftermath. Small world! Five have picked up my book and two of them have left good reviews. It’s a great cheap way to boost my reviews, but I’ve done research in the past and need more, more, more! So I’m going over that spreadsheet and re-researching everything.
