Ah, the poor dinosaurs. If they only knew what they’ve been reduced to. And Hop Monster isn’t just a thing of legend…it does exist! Unfortunately, you have to brew it yourself. The name on that Beastie bottle was stolen from my first batch of home-brew. I think I got the kit from Midwest Supplies, if you’re looking for a new project to try.

That’s why I stick to one-gallon batches. Well, that and the fact that I’m the only one in the house who drinks beer and I’m not sure if I want five gallons of hoppy goodness within easy reach!

Mine was two gallons, but that and all the bottles proved to be too much. Only further proof that I require a larger house! 😀

I’d love to see a mortgage application that stated under Reason for Loan Request, “Need more room for beer.” Completely legitimate reason, in my opinion.

Oh good, I WAS worried that you might have possibly given yourself a break! I did manage to get in some Thanksgiving goodness over the weekend…. I even watched a bootlegged version of the Macy’s parade! America!
